Welcome to CharmMe mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"). The Platform regards user privacy protection and data security management as its core operational principle. We conduct all personal information processing activities in strict compliance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith.

This Privacy Policy clearly informs all users of all operations performed by the Platform on your personal information, including collection, usage, storage, disclosure and security protection. It also specifies all legal rights you are entitled to regarding personal information protection.

Services of this Platform are only available to users who have reached the age of 18. Minors under 18 shall not register accounts or access any functions provided by the Platform.

Abiding by relevant national laws, regulations and the minimum necessity principle for service delivery, the Platform only collects the following user personal information to guarantee stable operation, optimize user experience and improve product functions, without excessive or illegal data collection:

• Account registration and profile information: E-mail addresses, custom usernames, profile photos, genders, dates of birth, residential areas and other basic account materials voluntarily submitted, edited and supplemented by users.
• Device terminal data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, public IP addresses, device network connection status, default system language and other device attribute & operational data.
• Platform usage behavioral data: Account login logs, in-app browsing history, content interaction records, friend connection data, in-app chat contents, user reports and complaints, app usage duration, access frequency and other operational information generated on the Platform.
• Payment transaction information: Paid services including membership subscription and virtual item purchases are completed through official compliant payment channels such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The Platform will not collect, record or store sensitive payment data including bank card numbers and payment passwords.

The Platform solemnly promises that all collected user personal information shall only be used for the following legal and service-aligned purposes, and we will never abuse or divert user data beyond necessary service scope:

• Maintain stable operation of all basic Platform services, continuously iterate and upgrade product functions, and comprehensively improve user experience;
• Provide personalized content matching, targeted content recommendations and exclusive service displays based on user behavioral data generated on the Platform;
• Intelligently identify and block fraudulent operations, spam messages, unauthorized service abuse and other improper behaviors to secure user accounts and maintain normal Platform operation order;
• Provide after-sales supporting services including online customer consultation, troubleshooting, fault repair, feedback collection and complaint handling;
• Strictly comply with national laws and regulations, regulatory rules and industrial compliance standards, and fulfill legal compliance obligations as a platform operator.

The Platform prohibits selling, leasing, reselling or trading user personal information through any improper means. User data may only be shared within the following legal and compliant scenarios when necessary:

• Sharing activities authorized and explicitly consented to by users themselves;
• Disclosing necessary information to legally qualified third-party partners (including cloud storage providers, data analytics institutions, message push service providers, etc.). All shared data shall only support core Platform functions, and partners are forbidden to repurpose such data;
• When required by explicit provisions of laws and regulations, or mandatory enforcement orders and investigation demands issued by judicial and regulatory authorities in accordance with legal procedures;
• Circumstances where information sharing is truly necessary to protect personal safety of users, account security, Platform operational safety and public security;
• In cases of major business changes such as corporate merger, acquisition, asset transfer and liquidation, provided that information recipients have signed confidentiality agreements and undertake equivalent privacy protection liabilities.

The Platform has established a comprehensive data security protection system. Multiple technical measures and management systems including encrypted data transmission, refined access permission control, regular security audits and firewall isolation are adopted to fully safeguard user personal information and effectively prevent risks such as data leakage, tampering, loss and misuse.

The Platform retains user data only for the shortest necessary period required to fulfill data collection purposes and sustain normal Platform services. Upon expiration of the storage term, user data will be completely deleted or anonymized and desensitized in full accordance with legal requirements to eliminate residual data risks.

Users may independently exercise the following statutory rights related to personal information via built-in Platform settings or official customer service channels:

• Inquire, check, view, modify and supplement personal account materials and related information at any time;
• Submit requests to delete personal relevant information and apply for account cancellation;
• Revoke previously granted authorizations for personal information processing at any time;
• Request copies of your own personal information, and raise inquiries, objections and complaints regarding the Platform’s data processing rules.

This Platform exclusively serves adult users and is not open to minors. We will not actively collect or obtain any personal information of minors.

If minors’ information is accidentally collected due to system recognition errors, false registration by users or other objective factors, we will completely erase all relevant data and disable all access permissions of corresponding accounts immediately upon verification.

The Platform may embed third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), advertisement displays, data statistics tools, external links and other third-party service contents. All third-party services are independently operated by respective partners. Information processing activities arising from users’ use of third-party services shall be governed by the privacy policies of such third parties, and the Platform shall bear no legal liability for third parties’ information processing practices.

The Platform reserves the right to revise and supplement this Privacy Policy according to product iteration, business adjustments and updates to national laws, regulations and regulatory policies. Revised policies will be announced to users via in-platform notices and official website postings.

For major policy changes affecting core user rights, advance notifications of revisions will be delivered through in-app popups, site messages and bound email addresses to guarantee users’ right to know.
