CharmMe User Service Agreement

By completing account registration, logging into this Application, or using any services provided by the Platform, you confirm that you have fully read, thoroughly understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Service Agreement and the supporting Privacy Policy, and agree to abide by all rules herein subject to Platform restrictions. If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, please cease all use of the Application immediately.

All functions and services of the Platform are exclusively available to adult users aged 18 and above. Only users meeting this age requirement may register accounts, log in, and access all features and exclusive services of the Application.

Throughout your use of all Application services, you must strictly comply with applicable laws, regulations and Platform management rules. All illegal and non-compliant acts listed below are prohibited:

1. Publishing, disseminating or forwarding any content that violates national laws and regulations; distributing violent, pornographic or vulgar material; or posting content that infringes third-party legitimate rights including reputation rights, portrait rights and copyrights.
2. Impersonating other individuals or organizations, or submitting and publishing false, untrue or misleading information on the Platform.
3. Harassing other users via Platform functions, sending mass spam messages, conducting online fraud, or intentionally disrupting the Platform’s normal operation and other users’ service experience.
4. Abiding by applicable local laws and regulations, industry self-regulatory standards and all management policies publicly released by the Platform.

1. Certain exclusive features and privileges of this Application are premium paid services, which users may unlock via subscription or in-app purchases.
2. Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all paid subscriptions. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew with identical benefits.
3. All payment transactions on the Platform are processed exclusively through official Google Play channels. The Platform will not collect, record or store any of your sensitive payment information to fully secure your transactions.
4. You may manage, adjust or cancel your subscriptions at any time via the settings page of your personal Google Play account.

1. All interface designs, graphic and text materials, trademarks, brand elements, program codes and original content within this Application constitute exclusive intellectual property of CharmMe protected by relevant laws. No party may copy, alter, republish or use such content for commercial purposes without formal written authorization from the Platform.
2. You retain full intellectual property rights to all original content you post on the Platform. You hereby grant CharmMe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, distribute and lawfully utilize your posted content to operate and maintain stable Platform services.

1. CharmMe acts solely as an online social platform that provides technical support and functional services. You shall bear full responsibility for all interactions, disputes and resulting consequences arising from your activity on the Platform, and the Platform shall not assume any joint legal liability.
2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account security, personal privacy and personal information. All risks and disputes arising from offline social interactions, in-person meetings and other offline activities are unrelated to this Application, and the Platform accepts no corresponding liability.

If you violate any clauses of this Agreement, submit false personal information, or engage in illegal or non-compliant behavior via the Platform, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently block your account and terminate your Platform access at any time without prior notice, with no obligation to provide compensation of any kind.

This Application is a social platform designed solely for adults; registration and usage access are denied to minors under 18. The Platform operates and manages its services in strict accordance with Google’s Child Safety Standards compliance requirements.

The formation, performance, interpretation of this User Service Agreement and resolution of all relevant disputes shall be governed by the effective laws and regulations of the region where this Application is published and operated.
